About Mediation Bombay:A top international dispute resolution competition, established in 2019, which has had a massive impact on the developing ADR Culture. We aim to emphasise through this competition that speaking up is not interfering, that having an opinion about the process is not an indicator of prejudice, and that a mediator's duty is much more than being a mute spectator or a stenographer. Our ultimate goal is to positively influence the quality of ADR procedures and promote the global expansion of ADR culture.
As the name suggests, it will be held in Mumbai; although known as the commercial capital of the country, there is so much more to it- from art, music and culture to the most beautiful monuments along with an exhilarating nightlife.It is the combination of all the attitudes that has contributed to Bombay’s rise not only in India but all over the world, of which we are proud of and excited to be a part of.We would love to see your university participate in it and therefore are not only inviting you to be a part of Mediation Bombay IV, but also to experience the rich culture of Bombay and the prestigious Maharashtra National Law University, Mumbai.

Team Composition: 3 member team - 2 Negotiators & 1 Mediator 
Dates of the Competition: 6th - 8th October, 2023 
Last Date of Provisional Registration: 20th May, 2023

Application Procedure-  The interested students before filling out the participation form MUST apply at soladr@ddn.upes.ac.in and cc to  anwesha.pathak@ddn.upes.ac.in with all necessary details (including Internal Ranks, details of team members, Contact number) latest by 18th May 2023 before 11:59 PM. In case of any query, contact team ADR but kindly do not upload wrong information; for the application shall be rejected outright if any discrepancy is found.
