CAM, Geeta Institute - CADR, RGNUL - Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas National Seminar, 4th April, 2020

Dear Students,
Greetings!

CADR is pleased to announce a national seminar in collaboration with Centre for Arbitration and Mediation (CAM), Geeta Institute of Law and Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co., New Delhi to organize a national seminar on the topic -  Development of Arbitration and Mediation Regime in India: Discussing the Challenges, Solution and Future Prospects on 4 April, 2020.

The seminar aims to provide a platform for discussion on the speedy redressal dispute-resolution process of our Civil Justice System. The concept of Arbitration and Mediation is of great significance at a time when lawsuits are increasing and courts are facing a vast backlog of cases. The entire objective of Arbitration and Mediation is to bring speedy justice and to reduce the backlogs of Public Interest Litigation and many Criminal cases so that the Judges are free to apply their mind and devote their time to other important matters having National & Constitutional Significance.

The Seminar will deal with many sub-themes detailed in the brochure.

The institute invites submission for the Seminar. The abstract submission deadline is 20 February, 2020

For registering for the event, the students need to send the registration form attached in the brochure before 24 March, 2020.

For all other dates and details regarding registration fee, registration Procedure, etc, kindly refer to the Brochure

Regards,LAC ADR Association, 2019-2020
