"The Kerala Law Academy Law College Thiruvananthapuram is pleased to announce their 3rd IMC International Mediation Competition, 2024 scheduled to be held from 13th to 15th March 2024."


The Kerala Law Academy Law College (KLA), established in 1966 is a Centre for Legal Studies, legal research and law reforms. Its acclaimed peer-reviewed Research Journal is published continuously since 1977. The college is affiliated with the University of Kerala,3rd International Mediation Competition (IMC) organized by Kerala Law Academy Law College, Thiruvananthapuram is a step taken towards acting as facilitator in increasing the ADR Culture among aspiring lawyers.


ELIGIBILITY:

  • The Competiton is open to all Law Colleges/Law Schools/ Universities; Departments of Law in India recognized by the Bar Council of India. Students doing post-graduation in law and students undergoing correspondence courses are not eligible to participate in the competition.
  • Cross-Institute Teams shall not be eligible to participate in this competiton. 
  • Only one team from each participating institution shall be registered for the competition.

  • Last Date to Register: 5th March 2024
  • Allotment of Team Code: 7th March 2024
  • Release of Office Memo: 10th March 2024
  • Online Desk Registration: 13th March 2024
  • Inaugural Session: 13th March 2024
  • Preliminary Round: 14th March 2024
  • Semi Final Round: 15th March 2024
  • Final round: 15th March 2024

Interested Students before filling out Participation form Must apply by filling ADR APPLICATION FORM latest by 2nd March 2024. In case of any query, contact team ADR at soladr@ddn.upes.ac.in, but Kindly do not upload wrong information; the application shall be rejected outright, if any discrepancy is found.
