 "NMIMS is pleased to announce that SAMADHAN- The Alternative Dispute Resolution Committee, School of Law, NMIMS, Indore is organizing its 1st National Mediation Competition in Hybrid Mode."

This competition aims to provide a platform for aspiring law students to hone their mediation skills, engage in constructive dialouge, and compete at a national level. The hybrid format ensures accessibility while maintaining the integrity of the competition.NMIMS University possesses an extensive presence, with multiple campuses across the nation, including Indore, Hyderabad, Bangalore, Chandigarh, Navi Mumbai, Shirpur and Dhule. The academic offerings of School of Law encompass a comprehensive range of undergraduate, postgraduate, and doctoral programs, meticulously designed to cover a broad spectrum of disciplines.

Registration Deadline: 3rd April'2024

Problem Release for Preliminary Round: 3rd April'2024

Training Session:4th April'2024

Preliminary Rouds: 5th April'2024

Result Declaration: 6th April'2024

Release of Quarter, semi finals and Final Prop: 8th April'2024

Quarter Final and Semi Final: 13th April'2024

Final Rounds and Valedictory Ceremony: 14th April'2024

Interested Students before filling out Participation form Must apply by filling ADR APPLICATION FORM latest by 1st April 2024. In case of any query, contact team ADR at soladr@ddn.upes.ac.in, but kindly do not upload wrong information; the application shall be rejected outright, if any discrepancy is found.
