 "National Law School, Bangalore is pleased to announce its X NMC'2024 : Negotiation, Mediation and Client Counselling Competition which is scheduled to be held on  11-12th May 2024 in Virtual Mode and on 13th July 2024 in Offline Mode."


The Alternative Dispute Resolution Bpard at the National Law School has been a pioneer in bringing ADR to law students across India. Established in 2015, it organizes a vast range of activities and workshops to enable students to familiarise themselves with the industry.NLS NMC is the flagship event organizsed by the Board with studnets from across the globe participating in the negotiation, mediatiom, and client counselling component of the event. The aim is to train young law studnets in the practice of various ADR mechanisms, such as negotiation, mediation and client counselling, in the hope that these studnets alter the way we look at and resolve disputes.

ELIGIBILITY:
  • This segment is open to all udergraduate, professional and postgraduate students registered in a University.
  • The Segmentis not limited to only law students.


TEAM COMPOSITION:
  • Team for this segment will consist of 2  members.


IMPORTANT DATES:
  • Last Date of Final Registration: 22nd April 2024
  • Release Of Confidential Information for Preliminary Rounds: 9th May 2024
  • Preliminary Rounds (Virtual Mode) : 11-12th May 2024
  • Quarter Finals, Semi Finals and Final Rounds: 13th July 2024

APPLICATION PROCEDURE:

Interested Students before filling out Participation form Must apply by filling ADR APPLICATION FORM latest by 17th April 2024.  In case of any query, contact team ADR at soladr@ddn.upes.ac.in, but kindly do not upload wrong information; the application shall be rejected outright, if any discrepancy is found.
