“We are pleased to announce that Centre for ADR, IFIM Law School is organizing its 4th National ADR Fest: Concordat 4.0 from 22nd – 24th November 2024”  The 4th edition of CONCORDAT, a national Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) festival organized by the Centre for ADR at IFIM Law School, is a competition designed to test and develop your skills in negotiation, mediation, and arbitration. In the Mediation and Arbitration Rounds, each team must consist of three members. For Mediation Rounds, the team will include a Client, a Counsel, and a Mediator. In Arbitration Rounds, the same team will adopt the roles of two Counsels and one Researcher. This format allows teams to experience different roles within the ADR process, providing a comprehensive understanding of these dispute resolution methods.
