  Event Name 5th Annual Mediation Competition, 2026 Organised by the Alternative Dispute Resolution Committee (ADRC), NMIMS School of Law, Navi Mumbai In collaboration with Jupiter Law Partners FORMAT: The competition will be structured as : The competition will be conducted in hybrid mode , with two Preliminary Rounds held online on 6 March 2026 , followed by Quarter-Finals, Semi-Finals, and Final Rounds conducted offline at the NMIMS Navi Mumbai campus on 14 March 2026 . Each preliminary round runs for 45 minutes, while Semi-Final and Final rounds run for 60 minutes, inclusive of caucus time. Teams consist of a mediating pair and a mediator who are scored separately. The top 8 mediating pairs and top 8 mediators from prelims advance to knockout rounds. Each mediation session includes opening statements, joint sessions, and caucuses, closely simulating real mediation practice. FORMAT: The competition will be structured as : The competition will be conducted in a hybrid mode , with Preliminary Rounds held online on 20–21 February 2026, followed by offline Advanced Rounds (Quarter-Finals, Semi-Finals, and Final) at the NMIMS Indore campus on 14–15 March 2026.
