It consists of three rounds: Preliminary, Quarter-Final, and Final . In the Preliminary Round, all registered teams compete in a 15-minute session (10 minutes consultation plus 5 minutes post-consultation). The top eight teams advance to the Quarter-Finals, which run for 20 minutes (15 + 5). The top two teams from the Quarter-Finals qualify for the Final Round, which runs for 25 minutes (15 + 10).
