CALL FOR APPLICATION: 3rd Edition of the NUJS Mediation Competition

Greetings from the Alternative Dispute Resolution Society at the National University of Juridical Sciences, Kolkata! We hope this email finds you well. It gives us immense pleasure to invite your esteemed institution to participate in the 3rd Edition of the NUJS Mediation Competition (3rd NUJS MC), to be held virtually! About the Competition Format : The Competition will be held over Zoom/Google Meet, details of which shall be provided closer to the date. There shall be three preliminary rounds followed by semi-finals and finals. Each University can send up to two teams consisting of three members each (selection of the second team is contingent on the availability of slots). Each member of the team shall play the role of client, counsel and mediator at least once over the course of the three preliminary rounds.
