  About the Competition:  With the experience of organizing 10 successful editions of the prestigious mediation tournament, and the two editions of NLIU International Negotiation Competition, this year ADRC aims to conduct the "11th NLIU INADR International Mediation Tournament 2022" on campus. The competition aims to provide an opportunity for students to be a part of disputes akin to actual altercations witnessed by legal professionals. It further presents an opportunity to hone the requisite communication and mediation skills in addition to holding discussions with equally enthusiastic professionals and students in the field. The nuanced feedback offered by our judges with years of experience allows the participants to assess and enhance their performance.   About the Competition: The Centre for Alternative Dispute Resolution, Rajiv Gandhi National University of Law, Punjab (CADR-RGNUL) is organising  the 2nd Edition of the RGNUL National Negotiation Competition, 2022 ("2nd RGNUL NegComp") which is scheduled to be held in-person between  November 12 to 14, 2022 . The Inaugural edition received a humongous amount of applause and  witnessed participation from 34 registered teams from different Universities across India. The problem for the competition revolved around Aviation Law & Industry. This year the competition is being organised in association with Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas (SAM).  Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co (SAM), is one of India's leading law firms rated by International Organisations, Law Directories and Professional Journals. Registration Procedure: Each participating team will consist of two eligible students from the same university i.e. one team from each university, acting as Client and Counsel.
