  Dear students, After providing a reasonable opportunity to explain the reasons for non-appearance & to provide for a replacement team in rounds of 2nd UPES Internal Negotiation Competition, 2020, it has been decided to blacklist the defaulters. The list of same has been attached below. The implications of this would be that for this year, the blacklisted participants cannot take part in any of the events organized by the ADR Association, may it be as a participant or organizing member. The Alternative Dispute Resolution Board of School  of Law, CHRIST, is hosting its 1st National Online Med-Arb Competition, 2020 (NOMAC), as a part of its flagship event, the 6 th  edition of the National Alternative Dispute Resolution Competition (NADR). The Board has decided to host a National Level Med-Arb Competition for the academic year 2020-21. The Med-Arb Competition is an amalgamation of Mediation and Arbitration wherein Mediation will be followed by Arbitration on the same problem on law.
