Greetings on behalf of LAW ADDICTS! We at LAW ADDICTS take immense pleasure in joining hands with KFCRI to launch our  1st NATIONAL VIRTUAL NEGOTIATION COMPETITION,2020. The Competition will be held from  22.10.2020 – 25.10.2020. UPES ADR Association is pleased to be organizing the 5th edition of UPES Internal Mediation Competition, 2020 in association with Indian Institute of Arbitration and Mediation. 1. Eligibility The Competition is open to all the Law Students from second year and onwards, with a team capping of 70 Teams on a “first-come-first-serve” basis. Registration link 2. NOTICE FOR BLACKLISTING- 2nd UPES Internal Negotiation Competition, 2020

  Dear students, After providing a reasonable opportunity to explain the reasons for non-appearance & to provide for a replacement team in rounds of 2nd UPES Internal Negotiation Competition, 2020, it has been decided to blacklist the defaulters. The list of same has been attached below. The implications of this would be that for this year, the blacklisted participants cannot take part in any of the events organized by the ADR Association, may it be as a participant or organizing member. CALL FOR APPLICATION- Christ 1st National online Med-Arb

  Greetings! The Alternative Dispute Resolution Board of School  of Law, CHRIST, is hosting its 1st National Online Med-Arb Competition, 2020 (NOMAC), as a part of its flagship event, the 6 th  edition of the National Alternative Dispute Resolution Competition (NADR). The Board has decided to host a National Level Med-Arb Competition for the academic year 2020-21. The Med-Arb Competition is an amalgamation of Mediation and Arbitration wherein Mediation will be followed by Arbitration on the same problem on law.
