1st International Negotiation & Mediation Competition 2023 in association with Wadia Ghandy & Co.

NMIMS Kirit P. Mehta School of Law , will be organizing the  1st  edition of the  International Negotiation and Mediation Competition, 2023, in association with Wadia Ghandy and Co.  in a Hybrid format.  I.   COMPETITION STRUCTURE   Eligibility : Only bonafide students pursuing undergraduate L.L.B. three/five-year degree programs during the academic year 2023-24 are eligible to participate. Format : Registrations will be invited from National and International Law universities/colleges/institutes for a maximum of two teams consisting of three students each for the Mediation Segment and two students each for the Negotiation segment. After preliminary rounds 1 & 2, the eight teams with the highest cumulative team scores in each segment, i.e. Mediation and Negotiation will qualify for the quarter-finals on a progression basis.   COMPETITION BRIEF  ILS Centre for Arbitration and Mediation (ILSCA) and ILS Law College, Pune in association with ADR ODR International is organizing a three-day Inter-College Mediation Competition. This competition will provide the participants an opportunity to test their core mediation skills and experience mediation sessions through rounds of competitive simulations.
