About the University NALSAR University of Law was established in 1998 as a fully residential National Law University. Since its inception, the University has been home to vital conversations on law and justice. With students admitted from all over the country and faculty drawn from home and abroad, NALSAR is counted amongst the top law schools of the country. About the Competition NALSAR University of Law, Hyderabad is organising the 2 nd edition of the NALSAR Mediation Tournament (“NMT”) , which shall be held physically from 20-22 January 2023. The NMT aims to promote mediation and negotiation skills among students in India. This tournament seeks to popularise mediation as an alternative dispute resolution method and a career prospect for budding lawyers and law enthusiasts. Along with the competition, NMT will also include workshops and panel discussions by eminent personalities from the ADR circle who shall discuss recent developments in the field of mediation.
