We hope that the preparations for the  7 th UPES INTERNAL MEDIATION COMPETITION, 2022 are going effectively. The objective of the mediation competition is to endeavor, inculcate and foster the skills and proficiency in relation to the field of Alternative Dispute Resolution and to give them a real-life simulation of the practice. After successfully completing 6 editions, the Alternate Dispute Resolution Association (ADR) of School of Law, UPES, Dehradun is pleased to announce the 7th edition of the UPES Internal Mediation Competition 2022. This competition is not only an examination of several talents but also gives you the chance to showcase your potential for problem- solving, decision-making, and mediation skills. The Criteria for the same is listed below-: 1. Eligibility Criteria: • The competition is open to all the Law students from second year onwards. 2. Team Composition: • Each Team shall Comprise of 3 students- one mediator, one client, and one counsel. The roles of the students shall remain the same throughout the rounds. 3.
