  Greetings from the UPES ADR Association, The UPES ADR Association takes utmost pleasure in announcing the 3rd edition of the Internal Negotiation Competition in association with CAMP.  CAMP Arbitration & Mediation Practice Pvt. Ltd (CAMP) envisions the mediation movement as one that steers individuals and organisations away from adversarial forms of dispute resolution towards a collaborative, trusted process that transforms disputes into dialogue and consensus. Eligibility:  The competition is open to all law students from the second year to the final year only of UPES School of Law. Orientation Session- Exclusively for first year students

Greeting from the ADR Association, UPES School of Law! The orientation session was successfully conducted on 12th August 2021 from 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM.  This orientation session included the basics of alternate dispute resolution methods with a special understanding of mediation as first-year students will have their Novice Mediation Competition in the Coming months.   In order to inculcate the ADR culture and to develop a better understanding of mediation, this orientation included the winners of the 6th Internal Mediation Competition, 2021 who shared their experience, strategy and methods of preparation. International Mediation Singapore (IMSG), 2021

Competition Dates IMSG will be held across two weekends: 22 to 24 October 2021 (Friday, Saturday, Sunday) 30 to 31 October 2021 (Saturday, Sunday) All  participants must be available to compete on both weekends. Venue  IMSG 2021 will be powered by Zoom. Winners- 6th Internal Mediation Competition, 2021
