Dear students, After providing a reasonable opportunity to explain the reasons for non-appearance in rounds of 4th UPES Internal Mediation Competition, 2019, it has been decided to blacklist the defaulters. The list of same has been attached below. The implications of this would be that for this year, the blacklisted participants cannot take part in any of the events organized by the LAC ADR Association, may it be as a participant or organizing member. ALLOTMENT RULES- 2019- 2020 Representation of Teams outside School of law, UPES. These rules apply to the entire process of allotment of External ADR Competition (hereinafter, the external competition) held at other Universities/colleges from the date of declaration of the intra competition results. ·          GENERAL RULES  1.    It is compulsory to participate in the Internal ADR Competitions held by LAC- ADR Association  to be eligible to participate in the external Competitions. Greetings ! This is to inform you that the  problems for the two preliminary rounds have been sent to all the confirmed participants through mail. Each Preliminary Round has been divided into two sub-rounds.   A single team will have to appear therefore in two preliminary sub-rounds each, while they have to come prepared with all the four problems. Each participating client-counsel pair and their respective mediators shall be given their team codes on successful reporting at the registration desk on the day of the event.  It is suggested that, the problems shall be viewed in MS Word after downloading, for a much lighter watermark.  Kindly adhere to the attached rulebook, to avoid disqualification.
