CALL FOR APPLICATION- Christ 1st National online Med-Arb

 Greetings!

The Alternative Dispute Resolution Board of School ofLaw, CHRIST, is hosting its 1st National Online Med-Arb Competition, 2020 (NOMAC), as a part of its flagship event, the 6th edition of the National Alternative Dispute Resolution Competition (NADR).

The Board has decided to host a National Level Med-Arb Competition for the academic year 2020-21. The Med-Arb Competition is an amalgamation of Mediation and Arbitration wherein Mediation will be followed by Arbitration on the same problem on law.

Dates-

Competition from 30th October to 1st November, 2020


Team composition and Registration Fee-

  • Registration fees: Rs. 1,800/-
  • Members per team: 3
  • 1 Mediator-cum-Arbitrator
  • Client-Advocate pair for the Mediation Round (The same pair shall be the  Counsels for the Arbitration Round)

Application Procedure-

The interested students before filling out the participation form MUST apply at soladr@ddn.upes.ac.in and cc to  aprajita.singh@ddn.upes.ac.in latest by October 9th, 2020 before 2:00PM


In case of any query, contact team ADR but kindly do not upload wrong information; for the application shall be rejected outright, if any discrepancy is found.
