About the Organization

The Young Negotiators Club focuses on knowledge exchange and providing high-level strategic support around the most difficult business negotiation challenges. YNC India is helping to educate law students to learn in the most effective manner by improving their skills. YNC India is dedicated to expand and connect negotiators for a common cause through the most enlightening experience and boost their career like never before.

The Negotiation Competition

Young Negotiators Club (YNC India) is working to push the limits to educate the upcoming generation of legal professionals to comprehend the value of the Alternative Dispute Resolution mechanism in this fast-paced era. YNC India presents an opportunity for the law students to hone their skills in the area of Negotiation and build requisite skills required to be a good negotiator.

Our first edition is aimed at imparting knowledge and helping students learn requisite skills under the guidance of professional negotiators, who are renowned and have vast experience in the field. Today, Negotiation is emerging and we are sure that this competition will add to your learning and will help you in the professional phase of life.

Eligibility and Fee Details

Each Participant must be a current law student, enrolled bonafide on a regular basis in an Undergraduate LL.B. Degree Course or its equivalent conducted by any recognized institute. A recognized institution shall be entitled to send only three teams to the competition. The registration fee for the competition is set at INR 3000.

Team Composition

A team shall consist of 2 participants who shall act as a “Client” and “Counsel” in the Competition.

Prizes include internship opportunity with PSL Advocates & Solicitors, AKS Partners and cash awards upto INR 20,000.

Application Procedure:

The interested students before filling out the participation form MUST apply at soladr@ddn.upes.ac.in and cc to  ggoswami@ddn.upes.ac.in qnd to anwesha.pathak@ddn.upes.ac.in with all necessary details (including Internal Ranks, details of team members) latest by 17th October 2022 before 11:59 PM. In case of any query, contact team ADR but kindly do not upload wrong information; for the application shall be rejected outright, if any discrepancy is found.
