Release of Preliminary Problems- 4th UPES Internal Mediation Competition,2019.

This is to inform you that the problems for the two preliminary rounds have been sent to all the confirmed participants through mail. Each Preliminary Round has been divided into two sub-rounds. A single team will have to appear therefore in two preliminary sub-rounds each, while they have to come prepared with all the four problems.
Each participating client-counsel pair and their respective mediators shall be given their team codes on successful reporting at the registration desk on the day of the event.
It is suggested that, the problems shall be viewed in MS Word after downloading, for a much lighter watermark.

Kindly adhere to the attached rulebook, to avoid disqualification. Any team not turning up, after receipt of this mail, shall be immediately blacklisted.
The Participants shall report by 8:30 am on Sunday, 15th of September (2019) at SOL Auditorium The itinerary for the entire day has been also been attached.
Dress code: Formal Black and White (Mandatory).
