The UPES ADR Association has always been committed to promoting Alternative methods of dispute resolution. 

To promote Negotiation as an Alternative method of Dispute Resolution, we have come up with a mock session on Negotiation. 

We are excited to invite you for the interesting and informative Mock Session on Negotiation and the inaugural ceremony of the 3rd Internal Negotiation Competition, 2021.

"We are pleased to announce that Alternate Dispute Resolution Committee is presenting its 3 rd edition of Novice Mediation Competition’2024 which will be held from 3 rd to 5 th October’ 2024 ” The Alternative Dispute Resolution Committee will be conducting the  3 rd  Edition of Novice Mediation Competition’2024  to enable first year law students of School of Law, UPES to participate and showcase their skills in resolving disputes through Mediation.
