  Event Name NUALS Mediation Competition 2026 (NMC 2026) Organised by the NUALS ADR Society , National University of Advanced Legal Studies, Kochi FORMAT: The competition will be structured as : The competition will be conducted in hybrid mode with the Preliminary Rounds and Quarter-Finals held online on 18 January 2026 , followed by offline Advanced Rounds (Semi-Finals and Finals) at NUALS Kochi on 15 February 2026 . Each mediation session features two negotiating teams (Client–Counsel pairs) and two mediators , who are all assessed individually. Preliminary rounds involve two sessions per team, with sides pre-assigned and confidential information released 30 minutes prior. The top 8 Negotiating Teams and top 8 Mediators advance to the Quarter-Finals, after which all rounds follow a knockout format.   Event Name 7th GNLU Annual Legal Services Forum – 3rd GNLU Mediation Competition 2026 FORMAT: The competition will be structured as : The competition follows a hybrid structure with Preliminary Rounds I & II conducted online and all Advanced Rounds (Quarter-Finals, Semi-Finals, and Finals) conducted offline at the GNLU Gandhinagar campus . All teams participate in both preliminary rounds, where Client–Counsel pairs and Mediators compete independently based on individual scoring . The top 8 Client–Counsel pairs and top 8 Mediators qualify for the Quarter-Finals. FORMAT: The competition will be structured as : The competition is conducted completely online and consists of six rounds : two Preliminary Rounds, followed by the Octa-Finals, Quarter-Finals, Semi-Finals, and the Final Round. All teams participate in both preliminary rounds, after which the top 32 teams advance to the Octa-Finals.
