EVENT NAME:

INTERNATIONAL NEGOTIATION CHAMPIONSHIP – INC:3 (2025)

FORMAT:
There is one primary category of teams in the competition:

Negotiator Teams:
Each team will consist of two students — one acting as the Client and the other as Counsel. Teams will engage in negotiation sessions based on a common proposition and receive confidential information shortly before each round to simulate real-life legal negotiations.
Rounds include:

  • Preliminary Rounds

  • Quarter-Finals

  • Semi-Finals

  • Final Round

Each round increases in complexity and duration, with dedicated time slots for opening statements and deliberations.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:

  • Open to students currently enrolled in a full-time undergraduate LL.B. program or its equivalent from any recognized institute in India or abroad.

IMPORTANT DATES:

  • Release of Proposition: 30th April 2025

  • Commencement of Registration: 30th April 2025

  • Last Date of Provisional Registration: 14th May 2025

  • Last Date to Seek Clarifications: 24th May 2025

  • Last Date of Final Registration: 24th May 2025

  • Competition Dates: 31st May – 1st June 2025

    • Venue: Online via Zoom

REGISTRATION FEES:

  • National Teams (India): ₹3500

  • International Teams: $50 USD

PRIZES & RECOGNITION:

  • Winner: ₹20,000 + Internship

  • Runner-up: ₹12,000 + Internship

  • E-Certificates: All participants and awardees

  • Special Awards: Best Negotiating Pair, Top 8 Advance Round Qualifiers

APPLICATION PROCEDURE:
Interested students must apply through the ADR APPLICATION FORM by 23rd May 2025.

Interested Students before filling out Participation form Must apply by filling ADR APPLICATION FORM latest by 23rd May 2025. In case of any query, contact team ADR at soladr@ddn.upes.ac.in, but kindly do not upload wrong information; the application shall be rejected outright, if any discrepancy is found.
