  Event Name 3rd Edition of the ICFAI Mediation Competition 2026 Organised by ICFAI Law School, The ICFAI University, Dehradun FORMAT: The competition will be structured as : The competition is designed as a simulation of real-time mediation proceedings , focusing on negotiation, communication, and dispute resolution skills. It consists of Preliminary Rounds, Quarter-Final, Semi-Final, and Final Rounds . In the Preliminary Rounds , all participating teams compete, and rankings are determined based on scores. The top teams advance to the Quarter-Finals , which follow a knockout format . The competition further progresses to the Semi-Finals and Final Round , where the best teams demonstrate advanced mediation techniques.   Event Name CONCORDAT 5.0 – C-NEG (Client Counselling & Negotiation) Competition Organised by Centre for ADR, IFIM Law School, Bengaluru FORMAT: The competition will be structured as : CONCORDAT 5.0 is a comprehensive ADR fest featuring two formats: Client Counselling & Negotiation (C-NEG) and Mediation–Arbitration (Med-Arb) , conducted from 8–10 May 2026 . C-NEG (Client Counselling & Negotiation) The competition begins with Client Counselling rounds (Preliminary & Quarter-Finals) , where teams interact with clients and provide legal advice based on given problems.
