The competition will be structured as:
The competition is designed as a simulation of real-time mediation proceedings, focusing on negotiation, communication, and dispute resolution skills. It consists of Preliminary Rounds, Quarter-Final, Semi-Final, and Final Rounds.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
The competition is open to law students enrolled in recognized institutions who wish to develop practical skills in mediation and ADR. Participants must register through their respective institutions and comply with all procedural requirements, including submission of necessary documents such as a No Objection Certificate (NOC).

Interested Students before filling out Participation form Must apply by filling ADR APPLICATION FORM latest by 10 April 2026. In case of any query, contact team ADR at soladr@ddn.upes.ac.in, but kindly do not upload wrong information; the application shall be rejected outright, if any discrepancy is found.
