The Moot Court Society and Alternate Dispute Resolution Board of the National Law School of India University, Bangalore proudly present to you a webinar on the Contemporary Issues in International Arbitrationpowered by Lawctopus.
The two-session webinar is set to take place on 10th May (Sunday) 2020, and will engage in a number of issues related to arbitration, with special focus on the challenges arising out of the Covid-19 pandemic.
Should arbitrations be commenced? What is the scope of and permanency of an Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) mechanism? How does Data Protection play out across jurisdictions? Who is responsible in cases of data breach in International Arbitrations? Tune in as our stellar line-up of panellists attempt to navigate all these issues and much more.

The first session on ‘Innovations in ODR and Arbitration during the COVID-19 Pandemic’ will be held from 2.30-4.30 PM, IST on the 10th of May, 2020. Discussing these issues based on numerous years of experience will be renowned arbitrators from across the world, including:
