FORMAT:

The competition will be structured as:

The competition will begin with three online negotiation rounds, open to all registered teams worldwide. Each team will have nearly three days in every round to coordinate with their opponents, agree on the timing and communication mode, negotiate a wise agreement, and report the outcome. Based on performance, the top 10 teams from these rounds will advance to the Final Event  take place at their prestigious La DΓ©fense campus in Paris, where they will negotiate face-to-face in two to three additional rounds. In case of travel restrictions, the finals will be held in a hybrid format. This structure ensures a balance between virtual collaboration and in-person negotiation experience, testing participants’ adaptability, communication, and analytical skills.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:

The competition is open to students from all academic backgrounds, including law, business, international relations, and other disciplines, who have a keen interest in negotiation and conflict resolution. Teams must consist of currently enrolled university students.

TEAM COMPOSITION:

Each team may consist of up to three student members from the same or different institutions. Participants will jointly represent their team in all rounds, developing and executing negotiation strategies together.

IMPORTANT DATE:

  • Registration Deadline: February 14, 2026

  • Online Round 1: February 26–28, 2026

  • Online Round 2: March 5–7, 2026

  • Online Round 3: March 12–14, 2026

  • Debrief of Online Rounds: To Be Determined (TBD)

  • Finals in Paris: April 10–11, 2026

Registration Fees:
  • Early Bird Registration: €350 per team (before November 30, 2025)

  • Regular Registration: €400 per team (till January 24, 2026)

  • Late Registration: €450 per team (after January 24, 2026)

Interested Students before filling out Participation form Must apply by filling ADR APPLICATION FORM latest by  15th November 2025.  In case of any query, contact team ADR at soladr@ddn.upes.ac.in, but kindly do not upload wrong information; the application shall be rejected outright, if any discrepancy is found.
