The competition will be structured as:
The competition is designed as a practical, simulation-based mediation event where participants engage in realistic dispute resolution scenarios. It consists of Preliminary Rounds, Semi-Finals, and Final Round, with performance evaluated entirely on oral advocacy, negotiation, and mediation skills.
Rounds Explained:

Conducted virtually; each team participates in two rounds. Each round includes a 90-minute mediation session followed by scoring and feedback.

Top 8 teams qualify based on cumulative scores and compete in person.

Top 3 teams compete for final rankings and awards.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
The competition is open to students enrolled in any undergraduate or postgraduate program at the time of registration. Participants must be bona fide students, and proof of enrollment may be required by the organizing committee.

Each team shall consist of five (5) members, including:

Two Counsels

Two Clients
Teams may be formed within the same institution or across institutions. Each team must designate a Lead Coordinator for official communication.

In case of any query, contact team ADR at soladr@ddn.upes.ac.in, but kindly do not upload wrong information; the application shall be rejected outright, if any discrepancy is found.
