"We are pleased to announce International Investor State Mediation Competition in Columbo, Srilanka scheduled to be held from 19th-24th August 2024 in offline mode".


The International Investor-State Mediation Competition (IIMC), initiated by the MCB, is an opportunity for university students, experts, and young and aspiring professionals in mediation, to build their knowledge and skills in Investor-State Mediation (ISM). This is an area of Alternate Dispute Resolution that is set to dominate the field of Investor-State dispute resolution globally with the rising number of disputes, especially in the Asia-Pacific region.The Moot Court Bench (MCB) is Sri Lanka’s first fully integrated legal advocacy training platform. The main aim of the MCB is enhancing the standard of the legal profession, by delivering education of global standards for Sri Lankan law students focusing on International Commercial Mediation and Negotiation, International Commercial Arbitration and International Trade Law.

Interested Students before filling out Participation form Must apply by filling ADR APPLICATION FORM latest by 9th May 2024.  In case of any query, contact team ADR at soladr@ddn.upes.ac.in, but kindly do not upload wrong information; the application shall be rejected outright, if any discrepancy is found.
