O.P. JINDAL GLOBAL Global University is pleased to announce the 2nd JGLS -KHAITAN & CO NEGOTIATION COMPETITION supported by Khaitan & Co Endowment hosted by JGLS will be held from 08TH-09TH FEBRUARY 2025 offline form.

EVENT NAME:

            2ND JGLS – KHAITAN & CO NEGOTIATION COMPETITION 2024-25

ELIGIBILITY:

This competition is open to students enrolled in a 5-year Integrated Law Programme, LL. B (3-year course), or Company Secretary course from any recognized college, institution, or university within India.

Team composition: Each team shall consist of Three members only. The team should be a team comprising of two-members.

REGISTRATION FEE 

     There is no registration fee for the Competition. Additionally, all the selected teams will be provided accommodation and food free of cost for all the days of the Competition.

IMPORTANT DATES:

  • Last date of registration: 6th October
  • Release of negotiation problem: 10th October 2024
  • Negotiation Plan Submission Deadline by Participating Teams: 17th October 2024
  • Declaration of Qualified Teams (Round 2): 10th November 2024
  • Confirmation of Participation (Round 2): 15th November 2024
  • Arrival of Qualified Teams on JGU Campus: 07th February 2024
  • Qualifier Rounds: 8th February 2024
  • Semi-finals, Final Round, Closing Ceremony & Award Distribution: 9th February 2024

Note: The participating Universities will be selected on a first-come, first-serve basis. The Organization Committee reserves the right to its exercise discretion in this regard.

Note: The Organizing Committee will shortlist the top 16 teams for the Negotiation Round based on their performance in the Negotiation Plan Round. The participating teams will be provided accommodation and food for the duration of the Competition in the JGU Campus.

APPLICATION PROCEDURE:

Interested Students before filling out Participation form Must apply by filling ADR APPLICATION FORM latest by 27th September 2024.  In case of any query, contact team ADR at soladr@ddn.upes.ac.in, but kindly do not upload wrong information; the application shall be rejected outright, if any discrepancy is found.

                                                      Bucerius Law School  is pleased to announce the  10th Bucerius Mediation Competition by BODENHEIMER w ill take place in a hybrid format between the 29th of November and the 1st of December. EVENT NAME:       10th Bucerius Mediation Competition by BODENHEIMER ELIGIBILITY:  Each university may nominate at least two students to participate on a Team.
