It is with great pleasure that we announce the “Internal Mediation and Negotiation Competition, 2024”

We invite you to register yourself and participate in both the Mediation and Negotiation Competitions, which will be held on 12th- 13th November, 2024 and 18th-19th November, 2024, the specific timeline is elucidated below.

The Participants have the opportunity to participate in both, the Internal Negotiation and Mediation Competitions, and the format of the Competition is set in the same way! There is one Preliminary Round for both the Competitions and further Advanced Rounds from Quarter-Finals. We urge you to explore your calibre and hone your skills by assuming the characteristics of Clinets, Counsels, and Mediators!

The Mediation segment of the Preliminary Rounds will be conducted on 12th of November, 2024 and the Negotiation Segment will be conducted on 13th of November, 2024. The Advanced Rounds for both the segments will be conducted on 18th-19th November, 2024.

                                                      Bucerius Law School  is pleased to announce the  10th Bucerius Mediation Competition by BODENHEIMER w ill take place in a hybrid format between the 29th of November and the 1st of December. EVENT NAME:       10th Bucerius Mediation Competition by BODENHEIMER ELIGIBILITY:  Each university may nominate at least two students to participate on a Team. Each Team can be accompanied by a maximum of two Coaches.
