About the College

KLE College of Law, Kalamboli was established in the year 2016, with the vision of furnishing law aspirants with comprehensive, analytical, and practical legal knowledge, in order to produce intellect striving for all-round excellence. The college strives to provide a platform to the students to imbibe the pragmatic skills of law. The college provides five years BLS LL.B and three years LL.B Courses. The College also provides Certificate Courses in Cyber Law, Intellectual Property Rights, Human Rights, and English Language.

About the Mediation Competition

With Mediation gaining importance in recent times as a preferred means of dispute resolution, KLE Society’s KLE College of Law, Kalamboli, Navi Mumbai, is organizing a first-of – its – kind Mediation Competition, which allows students to polish their advocacy skills within the mediation process. The competition aims to provide a platform that reflects the ever-growing expectation of clients to utilize other cost-effective alternative dispute resolution mechanisms to trial. It is a platform to test the theory in practice by allowing the participants to represent the parties to the mediation process i.e. the client, the mediation counsel, and the mediator.

The most important and ever-growing field of Family Law has been selected for this competition to expose the participants to a situation where the interests of clients are multifold, often going beyond merely personal interests. The participants are expected to take a multi-dimensional approach in reaching a settlement, showcasing the variety of fields that can be effectively dealt with the help of mediation.

In case of any query, contact team ADR but kindly do not upload wrong information; for the application shall be rejected outright, if any discrepancy is found.
