3rd National Med-Arb Competition (NMAC), 2023



About the competition

School of Law, Christ University is organising the 3rd edition of the National Med-Arb Competition (NMAC), 2023, as a part of the 8th edition of their flagship event, the National ADR Competition (NADR) in collaboration with Nishith Desai Associates (Law Firm Partner), Mediate Guru (Media Partner) and SCC & EBC (Knowledge Partners).

Competition Date

3rd -5th March, 2023 (to be held physically at the Central Campus, Bengaluru

Team Composition

Each participating team shall consist of 3 members, where 2 members shall act as a client and advocate pair or as a legal counsel pair in the Mediation/ Arbitration session, respectively, and 1 member as a Mediator/Researcher. The role of the members shall not be changed.

Application Procedure:

The interested students before filling out the participation form MUST apply at soladr@ddn.upes.ac.in and cc to  anwesha.pathak@ddn.upes.ac.in and abhijit.b@ddn.upes.ac.in with all necessary details (including Internal Ranks, details of team members) latest by 10th February 2023 before 11:59 PM. In case of any query, contact team ADR but kindly do not upload wrong information; for the application shall be rejected outright, if any discrepancy is found.
