Greetings from the Alternate Dispute Resolution Association, School of Law, UPES.

We hope that the preparations for the 4th UPES INTERNAL NEGOTIATION COMPETITION, 2023 are going effectively. The objective of the negotiation competition is to endeavor, inculcate and foster the skills and proficiency in relation to the field of Alternative Dispute Resolution and to give them a real-life simulation of the practice. We congratulate every participant for opening a gate to a wonderful learning experience.

"We are pleased to announce that Alternate Dispute Resolution Committee is presenting its 3 rd edition of Novice Mediation Competition’2024 which will be held from 3 rd to 5 th October’ 2024 ” The Alternative Dispute Resolution Committee will be conducting the  3 rd  Edition of Novice Mediation Competition’2024  to enable first year law students of School of Law, UPES to participate and showcase their skills in resolving disputes through Mediation.
