5th NLIU SINGHANIA AND PARTNERS CLIENT COUNSELLING COMPETITION 2023

' National Law University of Bhopal (NLIU) is pleased to announce their 5th Edition of Client Counselling competition scheduled to be held from 3rd to 5th November 2023.'


NLIU, Bhopal with every successive edition of this renowned Competition hopes to provide a platform to every participant to express their zeel and rigour in respect to legal sphere. Singhania and Partners is a prominent full-service law firm in India. The firm is engaged in diverse areas of practice with dedicated teams for corporate, litigation and IPR Matters. The firm's philosophy is the resolution of disputes/ completion of transactions with clients' commercial interest first. The competition is one of the most prestigious client counselling competitions organized in the country. 


ELIGIBILITY:

  • The teams shall be selected on the basis of First Cum First Serve Basis.
  • Any team of law students enrolled in the 5 year/3 year law Programme in India and registered in their respective institutions as full time law students.

TEAM COMPOSITION:
  • Both the team members shall participate as counsels in the competition.


IMPORTANT DATES:

  • Last Date For Registration : 15th October, 2023
  • Release of the Pools: 25th October, 2023
  • Competition Dates: 3rd to 5th November, 2023

APPLICATION PROCEDURE:

Interested Students before filling out the Participation form Must apply at soladr@ddn.upes.ac.in and cc to anwesha.pathak@ddn.upes.ac.in with all necessary details.(Including Name, Sap Id, Course & Btach, Year, and Contact Number) latest by 13th October 2023 by 11:59 PM. In case of any query, conatct team ADR but kindly do not upload wrong information; the application shall be rejected outright, if any discrepancy is found.
