PIMR 1st NATIONAL CLIENT COUNSELLING COMPETITION 2023

 'Moot Court Society of Department of Law, PIMR Indore, is pleased to announce its 1st National Client Counselling Competition 2023 which is scheduled to be held from 20th-22nd October,2023 in Virtual Mode.'


The National Client Counselling Competition is an ambitious event that brings together law schools from accross the country to showcase their skills in client counselling and advocacy.This competition provides an excellent platform for law students to develop and demonstrate their expertise in client interaction, problem-solving, and legal ethics.


ELIGIBILITY:

  • Students of three year and five year law degree courses from any University/School/College/Department are elegible to apply for registration of their team. Students from post graduate programmes or law diploma  programmes or part-time law programs are not allowed to participate.
  • A maximum of two teams shall be allowed to participate from particular University/Law/School/College/Department.

TEAM COMPOSITION:
  • Each team shall consist only of two members who will be playing the role of counsels.
  • Inability of any team members to participate in accordance with the rules of this competition shall lead  to immediate disqualification of the team from the competition.
  • Mixed teams comprising of participants from two different institutions are not allowed.

IMPORTANT DATES:
  • Last Date To Register: 12th October,2023
  • Inaugural Ceremony: 20th October 2023
  • Preliminary Rounds: 21st October 2023
  • Quarter Final Rounds: 21st October 2023
  • Semi Final Rounds: 22nd October 2023
  • Final Rounds: 22nd October 2023
  • Valedictory Ceremony: 22nd October 2023

APPLICATION PROCEDURE:

Interested Students before filing out the Participation form Must apply at soladr@ddn.upes.ac.in and cc to anwesha.pathak@ddn.upes.ac.in with all necessary details (Including Name, Sap Id, Course & Batch, Year,and Contact Number) latest by 8th October 2023 by 11:59PM. In case of any query, contact team ADR but kindly do not upload wrong information;the application shall be rejected outright,if any discrepancy is found.
