"Maharashtra National Law University, Aurangabad, is pleased to announce their 2nd edition of National Client Counselling Competition scheduled from 9th to 10th March, 2024."


For an attorney, knowledge represents a source of power, and the ability to convey this knowledge while also ensuring the client's comfort is a crucial aspect of the profession. In the pursuit of justice, it is essential to have a profound comprehension of the issue and effectively guide the client. Advocacy skills are deemed successful when the client is well- informed about their legal matter, the intricacies of the legal system, and the potential solutions available to them. The 2nd Client Counseling Competition at MNLUA is a collaborative initiative involving two centers within the University: The Centre for Alternative Dispute Resolution (CADR) and the Centre for International Corporate and Commercial Laws (CICCL).


ELIGIBILITY:

  • Students of three-year and five-year law degree courses in any year from any University/ Law/ School/ College/ Department are eligible to apply for registration of their team.


REGISTRATION:

  • One team shall comprise two participants only comprising of both counsels.
  • Registration would be on first-come-first serve -basis.

IMPORTANT DATES :
  • Last Date For Registration: 31st January 2024
  • Inauguration, 'Preliminary Rounds and Quarter Final Rounds: 9th March 2024
  • Semi-Final, Final Rounds and Valedictory: 10th March 2024

APPLICATION PROCEDURE:

Interested Students before filling out the Participation form Must apply at soladr@ddn.upes.ac.in and cc to anwesha.pathak@ddn.upes.ac.in with all necessary details(Including Name, Sap Id, Course & Batch, Year, and Contact Number) latest by 30th December 2023. In case of any query, contact team ADR but kindly do not upload wrong information; the application shall be rejected outright, if any discrepancy is found.
