3rd INTERNATIONAL MEDIATION COMPETITION, 2023

 "Lex Erudities is pleased to announce its 3rd International Mediation Competition, 2023 in collaboration with Newcastle University, UK, scheduled to be held from 1st to 3rd December,2023 in Virtual Mode."


Newcastle University takes pride in its esteemed position as a distinguished member of the Russell Group, a consortium of UK research-intensive universities known for their commitment to academic excellence and innovation, underscoring its global standing as a centre of learning and research excellence.


ELIGIBILITY:

  • The Participation is open to all students pursuing a law degree.
  • The Participants are required to register as a Team of 3 Students comprising of one Mediator, one client and one counsel.


COMPETITION MODE:
  • The Competition will be held in Virtual Mode.


IMPORTANT DATES:
  • Last Date for Registration : 24th November, 2023
  • Release Of Propositions: 28th November, 2023
  • Last Date For Clarifications: 30th November, 2023
  • Competition Dates: 1st December to 3rd December, 2023

APPLICATION PROCEDURE:


Interested Sudents before filling out Participation form Must apply at soladr@ddn.upes.ac.in and cc to anwesha.pathak@ddn.upes.ac.in with all necessary details (Including Name, Sap I'd, Course & Batch, Year, and Contact Number) latest by 20th November 2023 by 11:59 PM. In case of any query, contact Team ADR but kindly do not upload wrong information: the application shall be rejected outright, if any discrepancy is found.
