We are pleased to announce that The Negotiation Challange will be held in Hybrid Mode from February - April 2025

EVENT NAME:

The Negotiation Challange 2025

FORMAT:

  • The Negotiation Challenge is open to all students independent of their major. Most participating teams are enrolled in graduate programs at business and law schools but we also kindly invite students of other majors to register for the competition. 
  • We explicitly encourage all passionate student negotiators to form teams of three and register for The Negotiation Challenge. 
  • All registered teams will participate in the online qualification rounds. Due to its global reach, open, impartial and highly competitive character combined with rigorous scientific approach, The Negotiation Challenge is an unofficial World Championship in Negotiation.
  • A team will be comprised of 3 Negotiators.

REGISTRATION FEE:

A non-refundable early bird registration fee of 350 Euro applies to all teams that register before November 30. A regular registration fee of 400 Euro will apply until the month of January, after which the last minute registration fee of 450 Euro will apply. 

IMPORTANT DATES:

  • Online Round 1 - 13th - 17th February 2025
  • Online Round 1 - 20th - 22nd February 2025
  • Online Debrief Round - 27th February - 1st March 2025 
  • Negotiation Rounds - 25th - 26th April 2025

APPLICATION PROCEDURE:

Interested Students before filling out the Participation form Must apply by filling ADR APPLICATION FORM before filling out the External participation form. The application process is divided into three phases:

  • Phase 1: Deadline - 29th November 2024, 11:59 PM
  • Phase 2: Deadline - 25th December 2025, 11:59 PM 
  • Phase 3: Deadline - 15th January 2025, 11:59 PM

In case of any query, contact team ADR at soladr@ddn.upes.ac.in, but kindly do not upload wrong information; the application shall be rejected outright, if any discrepancy is found.

Note: The phased registration is based on differences in registration fees for each phase.
