Greetings!

Christ, Lavasa proudly presents Fete de la nomos virtual fest which includes a Mediaton- Negotiation competition amongst many others. Competition,  that aims to facilitate comprehension of common Alternative Dispute Resolution processes and their importance to the practice of law, and to allow for students to develop their negotiating and mediating skills by applying them as clients, counsel and mediators.

Online platform- 
The competition is to be held over Zoom App.

Dates-
16th August- Last date of registration
23rd August- Date of the competition
*These are the updated dates and hence not in accordance with the dates mentioned in the brochure.

Registration Fee-
INR 350/- Per member (Rupees three hundred and fifty only)

Team Details-
Any number of teams are allowed to participate in the competition per institution. However only first 24 teams will be allowed for participation.


For detailed information about registration procedure, fee payment, prize money, competition structure, important dates, rules & guidelines and contact information of the organiszers, students may refer to the Brochure.

Application Procedure-
The interested students before filling out the participation form MUST apply at soladr@ddn.upes.ac.in and cc afkar@ddn.upes.ac.in latest by August 15th , 2020.
In case of any query, contact team LAC-ADR but kindly do not upload wrong information; for the application shall be rejected outright, if any discrepancy is found.
