ADR Association 2020-2021- Inviting Applications for Student Committee.

Greetings!!

 The Alternative Dispute Resolution Association, School of Law, UPES is pleased to inform that it is now inviting applications for the Student Committee 2020-2021.

Interested applicants are requested to go through the information below and apply for various portfolios.  

i. Advisor/Joint Advisors

ii. Convener

iii.Secretary

iv.Treasurer

v. Co-Convener

vi.Joint Secretary

vii.Joint Treasurer

 

The eligibility criteria’s for the same are as follows:

    1.   Student Advisor/ Joint Advisors

i. Shall be from 5th year.

ii. Shall have been actively involved in any significant activity in ADR Association in their 3rd and 4th year.

iii. Must have participated and organized in at least 2 National/International / Mediation Competition / ADR Events.

iv. Must have a good academic record having maintained a CGPA of not less than 7.0.

v. Must not have been subjected to any disciplinary proceeding.



2.  Student Convener / Student Secretary / Student Treasurer

        i.  Shall be from 4th year.

       ii. Shall have been actively involved in any significant activity in ADR Association in the last one year or must have been a member of any committee for at least 2 years. 

     iii.Must have participated in at least 1 National/International Mediation Competition/Negotiation Competition/ ADR Events.

       iv. Must have a good academic record having maintained a CGPA of not less than 7.0.

       v. Must not have been subjected to any disciplinary proceeding.

 3.     Student Co-Convener/ Student Joint Secretary/ Student Joint Treasurer

 

        i. Shall be from 3rd year.

      ii. Shall have been actively involved in any significant activity in ADR Association in the last one year or must have been a member of any committee for at least 1 year.

    iii.Must have participated in at least 1 National/International Mediation Competition/Negotiation Competition / ADR Events.

      iv.Must have a good academic record having maintained a CGPA of not less than 7.0.

      v. Must not have been subjected to any disciplinary proceeding.
