Greetings from the ADR Association!

The Alternate Dispute Resolution Association (ADR) of School of Law, UPES, Dehradun is pleased to announce the 4th edition of the UPES Internal Negotiation Competition 2023. This competition is not only an examination of several talents but also gives you the chance to showcase your potential for problem-solving, decision-making, and negotiating skills. 

The Criteria for the same is listed below-:


1. Eligibility Criteria: 

• The competition is open to all the Law students from 1st year onwards.


2. Team Composition: 

• Each Team shall comprise of 2 students- One client, and One counsel. The roles of the students shall remain the same throughout the rounds. 


3. Format: 

• A total of 84 teams can participate on a "first-come-first-serve" basis, out of which 24 spots will be exclusively reserved for 1st year students.


• The Competition will be conducted in an offline mode, except for the preliminary round.


4. Registration Procedure: 

• Register through the form below. Specify the role of the members of the team which will be carried forward throughout the competition. Change of the roles after registration will not be permitted.

5. Deadline/Dates: 

• Last Date for Registration- The registration window will close as soon as 84 teams will be registered. 

• Competition Dates – 4th - 6th February 2023

•Last date for Clarifications: 31st January 2023
