    EVENT NAME: INTERNATIONAL MEDIATION COMPETITION 2024 The International Student Mediation Competition (Hybrid) 2024 will take place as part of the International Mediation Conclave, 2024, from August 10th to 11th. The competition aims to provide students with an understanding of mediation and to familiarize them with this process. Mediation is a continually growing legal procedure and one of the most effective forms of Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) in today's world. For new lawyers, it is crucial to be proficient in mediation and negotiation skills within this evolving civil justice system. The competition shall be held in hybrid format with the National Teams from India attending the same ‘in-person’ from August 8th to 11th 2024 PARTICIPATION AND ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA ●The registration shall be open to full time and part time law students. ● Students enrolled and pursuing post-graduate diploma or short- term certificate courses in law are not eligible to apply. ● Cross-
