School of Law, CHRIST (Deemed to be University), is organizing the 2nd Edition of the Bangalore Dispute Resolution Conclave (BDRC) on the 11th, 12th, and 13th of July 2024. In its second edition, the BDRC aims to continue its footing as a first-of-its-kind international arbitration event that aims to create a platform for addressing a diverse range of issues within the sphere of international arbitration.

  3. Demystifying Sports Arbitration: The What, Where, and How
  4. Investor-State Disputes and the Enforcement of Awards against Sovereign States
  5. Navigating Arbitration in India: Unveiling Challenges and Possible Mitigation Strategies

                                                      Bucerius Law School  is pleased to announce the  10th Bucerius Mediation Competition by BODENHEIMER w ill take place in a hybrid format between the 29th of November and the 1st of December. EVENT NAME:       10th Bucerius Mediation Competition by BODENHEIMER ELIGIBILITY:  Each university may nominate at least two students to participate on a Team.
