"HPNLU Shimla is pleased to announce that Samanvay International Mediation Competition 2024 will be held from 20th-22nd September and 25th-26th October in hybrid mode"


The competition seeks to provide a prodigious experience that will amplify the interests of young minds in this niche practice of law. The competition will help students brainstorm probable solutions for realistic challenges while providing them with the comfort of choosing their roles as per their preferences. This competition will also provide an opportunity for the participants to develop the requisite negotiating and communication skills through training sessions conducted by industry professionals.

COMPETITION NAME:
Samanvay International Mediation Competition 2024

ELIGIBILITY:
The competition is open to every student pursuing a five-year or three-year course in law from any recognized Schools/Colleges/Universities.

IMPORTANT DATES:
• 10th August 2024: Last day to register
• 20th September 2024: Training Workshop
• 21st September 2024: Inaugural Ceremony and Preliminary Rounds
• 22nd September 2024: Octa-Final Round
• 25th October 2024: Quarter-Final Round and Semi-Final Round
• 26th October 2024: Final Round and Valedictory Ceremony

TEAM COMPOSITION:

  • Each team participating team shall comprise 2 members:

    • One Mediator.
    • One Client.
    • One Counsel.

APPLICATION PROCEDURE:

Interested Students before filling out Participation form Must apply by filling ADR APPLICATION FORM latest by 25th July 2024.  In case of any query, contact team ADR at soladr@ddn.upes.ac.in, but kindly do not upload wrong information; the application shall be rejected outright, if any discrepancy is found.

                                                      Bucerius Law School  is pleased to announce the  10th Bucerius Mediation Competition by BODENHEIMER w ill take place in a hybrid format between the 29th of November and the 1st of December. EVENT NAME:       10th Bucerius Mediation Competition by BODENHEIMER ELIGIBILITY:  Each university may nominate at least two students to participate on a Team.
