The YMC International Mediation and Negotiation Competition 2024 stands out as a pioneering initiative by YCM, India’s leading provider in dispute resolution and prevention. Designed to empower participants through immersive online learning in alternative dispute resolution (ADR), the competition focuses on honing mediation and negotiation skills tailored for digital platforms. It not only encourages collaborative problem-solving but also addresses pressing social issues such as gender diversity, animal welfare, and climate change. By fostering cross-cultural interaction and teamwork among global participants and ADR experts, the competition cultivates a supportive community dedicated to peacemaking and effective conflict resolution worldwide.


COMPETITION NAME:

  • YCM International Mediation and Negotiation Competition 2024

ELIGIBILITY:
  • Undergraduate and postgraduate students and professionals across the globe, of any discipline are eligible to participate.

TEAM COMPOSITION:

  • Each team participating team shall comprise 3 members:

    • One Mediator.
    • One Client.
    • One Counsel.

IMPORTANT DATES:

  • 26th July 2024: Last day to register
  • 2nd August 2024: (5:00 - 7:30 pm IST): Orientation, Training and Expert Demonstration

  • 3rd August 2024: (11:00 am - 12:15 pm IST): Multiple Choice Quiz

  • 3rd August 2024: (3:00 - 5:00 pm IST): Mediation & Negotiation Round

  • 4th August 2024: (3:00 - 5:00 pm IST): Awards and Certificates Ceremony

APPLICATION PROCEDURE:

Interested Students before filling out Participation form Must apply by filling ADR APPLICATION FORM latest by 6th July 2024.  In case of any query, contact team ADR at soladr@ddn.upes.ac.in, but kindly do not upload wrong information; the application shall be rejected outright, if any discrepancy is found.

                                                      Bucerius Law School  is pleased to announce the  10th Bucerius Mediation Competition by BODENHEIMER w ill take place in a hybrid format between the 29th of November and the 1st of December.
