The competition will be structured as:
The Mediation and Negotiation Competitions form an integral part of the 3rd National Law Fest, 2026, organized by the ADR, Drafting & Literary Society. These competitions aim to provide participants with hands-on exposure to Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) mechanisms.
The Mediation Competition focuses on facilitated dispute resolution with the involvement of a neutral mediator, whereas the Negotiation Competition emphasizes direct bargaining and strategic interaction between parties. Both competitions will consist of multiple rounds, including preliminary rounds followed by knockout stages such as semi-finals and finals. Participants will be judged on communication, strategy, problem-solving skills, and effective application of ADR principles.

Interested Students before filling out Participation form Must apply by filling ADR APPLICATION FORM latest by 15 April 2026. In case of any query, contact team ADR at soladr@ddn.upes.ac.in, but kindly do not upload wrong information; the application shall be rejected outright, if any discrepancy is found.
