The UPES ADR Association has always been committed to promoting Alternative methods of dispute resolution. 

To promote Mediation as an Alternative method of Dispute Resolution, we came up with 1st Novice Mediation Competition, 2022 in order to boost freshers confidence and give them a first-hand experience as to how mediation is conducted. 

We organised an interesting and informative Mock Session on Mediation and the inaugural ceremony of the 1st Novice Mediation Competition, 2022.
