With the aim to offer a platform for individuals interested in alternative dispute resolution, The ADR committee at ALS is proud to organise the first-ever Online Mediation and Arbitration Competition as its flagship event for the academic year 2022-2023. 


Competition Date

11th- 13th March 2022


Eligibility

A team of 3 students pursuing 3 year or 5 year LL.B. from any BCI recognised institution.


• RELEASE OF MOOT PROBLEM -20th January 2022

• FINAL DATE TO SUBMIT MEMORIAL: 

28th February 2022

• DATES FOR ORAL ARGUMENTS: 11th-13th March 2022


The last date of Registration is 20th February 2022

Registration will be confirmed upon successful payment of registration fee and submission of duly filled registration form.

Application Procedure- The interested students before filling out the participation form MUST apply at soladr@ddn.upes.ac.in and cc to  spathak@ddn.upes.ac.in  latest by 3rd February 2022 before 11:59 PM. In case of any query, contact team ADR but kindly do not upload wrong information; for the application shall be rejected outright, if any discrepancy is found.
