We are pleased to announce that The 10th Edition of Lex Infinitum: International Dispute Resolution Competition, 2025, will be organized by V.M. Salgaocar College of Law  from 16th - 18th January 2025 in an offline mode 

This competition will offer a unique opportunity to develop and refine crucial skills in conflict resolution, negotiation, and communication. It promises to simulate real-world mediation scenarios, allowing students to apply theoretical knowledge in a practical setting. This experience is invaluable because it hones a student's ability to think critically, navigate complex legal and interpersonal dynamics, and explore creative solutions to disputes. A certificate course titled as “Knowledge Sessions” will also be conducted.


EVENT NAME:

10th Edition of Lex Infinitum: International Dispute Resolution Competition, 2025

ELIGIBILITY:

The Competition is open to bonafide students of any stream who are:

  1. Enrolled in any undergraduate course at Institutions worldwide.
  2. Are registered in their respective Institutions as full-time/ part-time students / exchange students for the Current Academic Year.

REGISTRATION FEE 

National Negotiating Team [Two-member team] - INR 20,000/- 

National Mediator [One-member team] - INR 10,000/- 

A separate fee shall be charged for the Coach registered by the Teams, if any - INR 5,000/-

IMPORTANT DATES:

  • 16th January’2025: General Orientation Session
  • 17th January’2025: Preliminary Rounds I & II
  • 18th January’2025: Quarter-Finals, Semi-Finals and Final Round

APPLICATION PROCEDURE:

Interested Students before filling out Participation form Must apply by filling ADR APPLICATION FORM latest by 18th October 2024.  In case of any query, contact team ADR at soladr@ddn.upes.ac.in, but kindly do not upload wrong information; the application shall be rejected outright, if any discrepancy is found.
