The KLE Law College is pleased to announce The 1st National Labour Law Conciliation Competition hosted by KLE Law College, which will be held from 8th-9th November 2024 in Offline mode.

The 1st National Labour Law Conciliation Competition hosted by the KLE Law College aims to promote awareness of labour law and dispute resolution mechanisms through conciliation. It provides a platform for law students to understand and practice the art of negotiation and conciliation in labour disputes.

Centre for Environmental Law, Education, Research & Advocacy (CEERA), National Law School of India University (NLSIU), Bengaluru & KLE Law College (KLE), Bengaluru shall be the Organizing Committee.

EVENT NAME:

1st National Labour Law Conciliation Competition 2024

ELIGIBILITY:

Any student pursuing an Undergraduate law degree (any integrated 5- year law course or 3-year LLB course) or LLM programme from a recognized Bar Council School or University in India.

REGISTRATION FEE 

The registration fee for the competition is:

INR 4000 w/o Accommodation.

INR 8000 with Accommodation.

  • PRELIMINARY & QUARTER FINAL ROUNDS - NOVEMBER 08, 2024 
  • SEMI-FINAL & FINAL ROUNDS - NOVEMBER 09, 2024

APPLICATION PROCEDURE:

Interested Students before filling out Participation form Must apply by filling ADR APPLICATION FORM latest by 14th October 2024.  In case of any query, contact team ADR at soladr@ddn.upes.ac.in, but kindly do not upload wrong information; the application shall be rejected outright, if any discrepancy is found.

                                                      Bucerius Law School  is pleased to announce the  10th Bucerius Mediation Competition by BODENHEIMER w ill take place in a hybrid format between the 29th of November and the 1st of December. EVENT NAME:       10th Bucerius Mediation Competition by BODENHEIMER ELIGIBILITY:  Each university may nominate at least two students to participate on a Team.
