International Negotiation Competition 3.0 (INC 3.0)

FORMAT:

The competition will be structured as:

The competition will be conducted virtually on Google Meet on 4th–5th September 2025. It will consist of Preliminary Rounds, Quarter-Finals, Semi-Finals, and a Final Round. All registered teams will compete in the preliminary stage, and the top-performing teams will progress through the knockout rounds. The winner will be determined solely based on the Final Round score, with tie-breakers resolved through cumulative scores of the earlier rounds. Confidential information will be shared 30 minutes before each session, and all problems will be focused on realistic negotiation simulations

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:

The competition is open to students currently enrolled in 3-year LL.B. or 5-year Integrated LL.B. programmes at any recognised university/college/school/department of law. Each institution may register a maximum of two teams. Students enrolled in postgraduate law programmes (LL.M. or equivalent), diploma or certificate courses, or part-time law programmes are not eligible to participate

TEAM COMPOSITION:

Each participating team shall consist of two students forming a Client–Counsel Negotiation Pair. Teams cannot change their composition once submitted, except in cases of genuine emergencies (such as medical issues), with approval from the organisers.

IMPORTANT DATE:

  • Final Registration & Fee Submission: 31st August 2025

  • Inaugration & Draw of Lots for Prelims : 3rd September 2025

  • Preliminary Rounds & Quarter-Final Rounds : 4th September 2025

  • Semi Final, Final Rounds & Valedictory Ceremony: 5th September 2025

    REGISTRATION FEES:

  • ₹3,500 for national teams

  • USD 45 for international teams

Interested Students before filling out Participation form Must apply by filling ADR APPLICATION FORM latest by  27th August 2025.  In case of any query, contact team ADR at soladr@ddn.upes.ac.in, but kindly do not upload wrong information; the application shall be rejected outright, if any discrepancy is found.

EVENT NAME: Mediation Bombay 6.0 – International Dispute Resolution Competition (2025-26) FORMAT: The competition will be structured as : The competition will be held in a hybrid format , with Preliminary Rounds online from 9th–12th October 2025 and advanced rounds offline at MNLU Mumbai on 7th–8th March 2026 . Teams will first compete in four prelims, after which the top 16 advance to the Octa-Finals, 12 to the Quarter-Finals, and 6 to the Semi-Finals (which also serve as the final round for mediators).
